Why do I need a Health Coach?
There are many benefits to choosing a coach as opposed to doing it alone.
For starters, I have developed a systemized program guiding you through one change at a time. Often when we attempt a lifestyle change on our own, we aim for something too extreme or make multiple changes at the same time, which only hurts our chances for success. Yes, we want results quickly – but that isn’t what’s best for us in the long run!
Next, there’s a lot of bad information out there. Part of my job is to help you sort through all of it to find what fits your current needs and future goals.
Third, accountability. While the motivation to make any lasting change must come from within, life happens. Distractions happen. Having someone to check in with on a regular basis will help you work through these times and keep you moving forward.
